Shipping and Returns


Delivery times are estimates and will appear when choosing your shipping method in the cart.

✦ Due to the situation caused by COVID-19, shipments may suffer delays when processed from the Canary Islands .

Shipping costs are borne by the BUYER unless otherwise indicated in the purchase process.

Shipping without tracking number (ordinary) is offered at the risk of the BUYER, we will do our best to resolve with the shipping company if any problem occurs, but we are not responsible if the order is lost or misplaced. Even though this usually doesn't happen, we strongly recommend that you opt for certified shipping if you'd like to guarantee the delivery of your order.

THERE MAY BE ADDITIONAL CUSTOMS OR VAT CHARGES ON ORDERS TO THE PENINSULA AND INTERNATIONAL WHICH WILL BE PAID BY THE BUYER. This is because the shipment is made from the Canary Islands and there may be charges when leaving the Archipelago, we are sorry for the inconvenience.

✦ Dispatch of orders takes 1-7 business days. Once dispatched, you will be given a notification and a tracking number if it proceeds, so that you can see the progress of your order through email and in your order info.

✦ However, any delays will not imply cancellation of the order or any compensation .

✦ The purchased products will be delivered to the person and to the address indicated in the order. Shipments will be made in addition to the Peninsula, to the Balearic Islands , Ceuta , Melilla and the Canary Islands. International Orders are also accepted.

For orders in Tenerife, there is the option of local collection, which you can select in the shipping options. Once the order is prepared, we will contact you to indicate the day, time and exact location of the collection, usually in Plaza de la Concepción, San Cristóbal de La Laguna or surroundings.

✦ On Saturdays , Sundays and Holidays there will be no departure or delivery of orders.

✦ An order is considered delivered at the time the carrier delivers the package or packages to the BUYER and the BUYER signs the delivery receipt document.

✦ It is up to the BUYER to verify the condition of the merchandise upon receipt and indicate all anomalies on the delivery receipt.

✦ We are not responsible for the additional cost that incorrectly written addresses by the BUYER may entail in parcels. Nor are we responsible for the additional cost that returned packages may entail, having made at least one delivery attempt and waiting for more than 5 days to be picked up at the reference office.

 

RETURNS

✦ We accept exchanges and returns of orders within 3 days of receiving the order as long as the exchange is available. The product must not have been used and must be in its original box and with any additional product that came with it.

✦ The shipping costs of the RETURNS will be assumed by the BUYER, but the outbound shipping costs will not be returned in any case.

No changes or returns are accepted due to the treatment of taxes outside the Canary Islands or Spain.

 

 

SHIPPING PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS


+ The product is defective or has been damaged during transport +


In the event that the product is defective, the BUYER can return it with all its accessories, assuming the BUYER the shipping costs generated by the delivery of the product to the warehouse. Zarimoth's Store will proceed to resend the repaired or replaced product, free of charge, EXCEPT for being a LIMITED EDITION. In this case, it will proceed to:


✦ Send a new product if it is still in stock.
✦ If there are no stocks, we will refund the amount of the product or you can obtain another product for the same amount to choose from our catalog.


If the product has been damaged during transport, the BUYER must notify us within a maximum period of 48 hours from receipt of the product and note the incident on the carrier's delivery note.

When receiving the order, before opening the package, the BUYER must verify that the packaging is in good condition.

If the BUYER observes any anomaly before opening the product, please do not open the seal or its packaging, and send a photo of the package for verification to info@zarimoth.store.

 

+ The product does not reach its destination +


If the order is certified and cannot be located, Zarimoth's Store will proceed to the resend of the products if they are available or a full refund of the money to the BUYER. To do this, the BUYER must contact Zarimoth's Store via email info@zarimoth.store or through the contact form that Zarimoth's Store has established in its file, to process the return of the order.

 

+ The product is wrong +

 

In the event that the BUYER receives an order that does not correspond to what he had purchased, he must contact info@zarimoth.store within 3 days of receiving the order and send an image showing everything that You have also received proof of payment and shipping.

Zarimoth's Store will offer you a solution once the content is verified. In case you have to send the product to the warehouse, we take care of the shipping costs. At the same time that it is verified that said order was wrong, the refund or change will be made to the BUYER.
